Renewable energy and climate change are huge items on the agenda in American Presidential Race.
We are keen observers of Renewable energy in international politics, watching the innovation and ideas that other countries are discussing and putting into action. So when we received a fact sheet on how Hillary Clinton plans to combat climate change if she wins the race to the White house we were naturally interested. We think it’s a great leadership role for the U.S to take (we only hope that political leaders in Australia follow suit).
Mrs Clinton has announced two bold national goals that she will set as president to combat climate change, create jobs, protect the health of American families and communities, and make the United states the world’s clean energy super power:
1) The Unites States will have more than half a billion solar panels installed across the country by the end of Hillary Clinton’s first term.
2) The United States will generate enough clean renewable energy to power every home in America within ten years of Hillary Clinton taking office.
